bid for Refuse and Recycling Services collection Services. Bid form and
specifications are available in the Village
Clerk’s Office, 18 Water St., Hammondsport or on the Village website:

Bids will be accepted until 4PM, Tuesday November 12, 2013.
Bids will be opened publicly at 6PM on November 12. Bids must be sealed and clearly marked.

The Village Street Department will pick up brush, leaves,
and lawn clippings on Monday May 20, 2013
Leaf and lawn clippings must be in containers no heavier than 50 pounds. No plastic bags.
Brush and tree limbs are to be bundled.
Only the items listed will be picked up.
All items must be placed at the curb no later than the night
of May 22, 2011.
Please take notice:
The Steuben County Landfill does not accept yard debris. Therefore, the Village of Hammondsport’s
current Refuse Carrier cannot pick up leaves or yard waste in bags or
otherwise. The Town of Urbana compost
located off Route 54 is open every day.

3, 2013The Village DPW will be picking up trash at the curb.
All items must be out no later than the night of June 2nd.
